Many of our laundromats use laundry cards. In this section, we will answer all of your laundry card FAQ specifically.
Do Laundry Cards Cost Anything?
Yes, each laundry card costs you one dollar. However, if you register your laundry card with all of your information, you’ll get that $1 back as a bonus.
Can I Use My Laundry Card at All SuperSuds Locations?
Currently, you cannot use your laundry card at all of our SuperSuds locations. You will need a different card at each location. If you move to another area, we can transfer your card’s funds onto a new card for you. Just ask the attendant.
How Do I Get a Laundry Card?
When you are in a card-operated laundromat, go to the kiosk on the wall, and follow the on-screen instructions to get a card.
New cards cost $1. but if you register the card at the kiosk with all of your information, you’ll get that back as a $1 bonus.
How Do I Add Money To My Laundry Card?
You can not add money remotely to your laundry card, but when you visit the laundromat, go to the kiosk, insert your card, and add money. There will be instructions on the screen to walk you through the process.
How Do I Register My Laundry Card?
To register your laundry card, visit the in-store kiosk and follow the on-screen instructions. Or, fill out this form, and we can register it for you.
How Can I Check My Laundry Card Balance?
You can check your laundry card balance online anytime. Just go to this website https://live.laundrycard.com and enter your 9-digit card number.
I Lost My Card What Do I Do?
If you’ve lost your laundry card, just fill out the refund request form and let us know you’ve lost your card. Or ask an attendant to help you transfer the funds from your old card onto the new card.
Keep in mind, that if you did not register your old card to your information, and you do not know the card number, your funds will be gone forever. You’ll need to get a new card again.
Be sure to always register your laundry card and treat it like cash.
Why Should I Register My Laundry Card?
If your laundry card is lost or stolen, and it is not registered, your money will be lost forever. However, if you register your laundry card with all of your information, the attendant will be able to look up your card and transfer your funds onto a new card.

What Payment Options Do Your Laundromats Us?
Our laundromats use a variety of payment options. CCI, Fascard and Laundroworks are all card-operated systems where you get a laundry card and add money.
However, the Laundry Boss & Payrange stores are both coin and app-operated systems that allow you to add money and start the washer/dryer from your phone.
Some of our laundry locations are still coin-operated.

What Rules Do You Have?
Our laundromat has rules in place and posted in the laundromat for your protection. Please review them and follow them. After all, each rule was posted for a specific reason. For example, rules such as, “Never leave your laundry unattended” are in place for your protection.

Laundromats Offer?
Each of our laundromats offers you, state-of-the-art equipment with high-speed washers and fast, hot dryers. Air conditioning, restrooms, kid’s play areas, vending machines, TVs, Free WIFI, Off-street parking, surveillance systems, and well-lit parking.
Do You Offer Laundry Services?
Yes, some of our laundromats offer laundry services. Choose from our most popular wash, dry and fold option or drop off your clean laundry and let us do the folding for you. Love to fold, but not to wash? We can wash and dry your laundry and leave the folding to you. Prices start at 90¢/lb and you can view our pricing, hours, and locations on this page.
My Laundry Was Stolen What Do I Do?
If your laundry was lost or stolen at one of our laundromats or any place of business, call the police. SuperSuds is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. We have signs posted on the wall, doors, and laundry equipment stating that you should never leave your laundry unattended at any time.
Even though we have video surveillance, we can only pull the footage for the police.
