Rules & Policies

Our laundry attendants have the right to enforce these rules when necessary for the best interest of our laundromat, equipment and fellow customers.

  • Never leave your laundry unattended. We Are Not Responsible For Lost, Damaged, Or Stolen Property
  • Use machines at your own risk
  • Check Machines BEFORE Use
  • Do Not Overload Washers Or Dryers
  • Do Not Leave Laundry or Any Personal Property Unattended
  • Remove Clothes Promptly From Equipment
  • Items left in our equipment or carts may be removed so that others can use the equipment. Never leave your machine or personal property unattended. Spot is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
  • Do Not Dry Shoes, Rugs, Or Any Rubber
  • No Animal Bedding or Horse Blankets in any washer/dryer except in those that are designated as pet bedding washers and dryers. Pet bedding washers/dryers are indicated by a pet bedding-approved sticker.
  • Children must be supervised at all times & never left unattended!
  • Carts are for clothing only – Not To Hold Adults Or Children! No playing with the carts or inside the carts.
  • Be sure laundry cart casters roll freely and turn easily
  • Do not remove the carts from the store
  • No running is permitted at any time in the laundromat.
  • Pick up dryer sheets & trash from the floor.
  • Pets are not allowed inside.
  • Do not sit on or allow children on the folding tables.
  • Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside or near the entrances
  • For Your Protection And Safety, All SuperSuds Laundromats Are Video Monitored And Recorded 24/7. Please Note: Video Footage Can Only Be Obtained For The Police.
  • No cash refund will be given for any laundry cards. Any refund due will be applied to the customer’s laundry card in the form of a store credit.
  • The laundry card kiosk does not give change. Please use exact money only.
  • New laundry cards cost $1
  • Treat your laundry card like cash. Click here to register your laundry card online, or register in-store at the kiosk. In the event of loss or theft, we will be unable to recover the funds from an unregistered laundry card.
  • No Loitering, No trespassing, No soliciting
  • After hours is trespassing, and trespassers will be prosecuted. Enter and use our laundromat at your own risk.
  • Items not to put in the dryer (Caution our dryers heat to 195º F)

    • Chemical Rags
    • Delicates
    • Elastics
    • Footwear
    • Leather Lined Storage Bags
    • Plastic beads or sequins
    • Sheers & silks
    • Wools and other knits
    • Do not put scent beads into the dryer
  • Please place laundry pods, powdered detergent, and scent beads into the washer drum. Only liquid laundry chemicals go into the washer dispensers.

Services Terms & Conditions

By using our service, you agree that your laundry is suitable to be laundered. We assume that laundry items placed in our care for the Wash, Dry and Fold services can be washed in water on a normal cycle and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process.

We reserve the right to refuse service of items that we feel will be hazardous to our staff. i.e.: items heavily soiled with human or animal waste.

SuperSuds Laundromats accepts all laundry based on weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.  SuperSuds exercises great care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, try as we may, there could come a day when items are misplaced or even lost.   If you believe we have not returned an item, do the following:

  • Call us immediately (within 24 hours) to report that you do not see the item.
  • Double check your home because it is possible that you thought you sent it but did not.

If you still believe it was sent out and not returned, SuperSuds liability, with respect to any lost item/s, shall not exceed $50 per garment regardless of brand or condition. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed $250.

SuperSuds is not responsible for any damage to clothing that stems from items being left in laundry items (Such as markers, pencils, pens, makeup etc…).

SuperSuds is not responsible for clothes that shrink, bleed or changes shape during normal washing and drying. Again, please check your labels prior to sending clothes to SuperSuds Laundromats.

SuperSuds does not guarantee against color loss, clothes with poorly set dyes, normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, severe soiling, lost socks, or mismatches.

We are not responsible for any damage that is done to your laundry during normal washing and drying including but not limited to: buttons falling off, beads coming loose, hems or seams coming undone, etc.

SuperSuds makes every effort to remove stains but cannot guarantee that all stains can be or will be removed.  Garments not picked up due to no fault of SuperSuds for 30 days, may be donated to charity.

By using our laundry services, you give us the right to text your phone number with laundry order status updates, coupons, hour changes and important notices. To opt out of receiving these text messages simply reply with the word STOP.
